I have tried Buildertrend, Buildxact or CoConstruct. Why would this be different?

Most of those tools started as either a scheduling app or an estimating app and bolted the rest on. JACK App was built by a builder to run his own company end to end, so estimating, job costing, claims and cashflow are one dataset, not four integrations. Several of our reviews are from builders who switched from exactly those tools.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most builders are quoting out of JACK App within the first two weeks. Onboarding, account setup and training are included in your subscription, and our team does the setup with you, not to you.

Is JACK App actually set up for Canada, or is this a US product with a flag on it?

Canadian home builders are already running their homes on JACK App. GST/HST/PST flows through the QuickBooks/Xero integration, and onboarding and support run on North American hours. Ask us on the demo about builders in your province and we will tell you exactly who and what they switched from.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes. JACK App has a two-way QuickBooks/Xero integration, so invoices, bills and payments sync without double entry. Tell us which one you use on the demo and we will show you exactly how it connects.

Will my subs and crew actually use it?

Subs and vendors get free logins limited to what they need: their schedule, POs, tasks and safety forms. Crew log hours and photos from the mobile app in a few taps. If they can use a group chat, they can use JACK App.

Is my data safe, and can I get it out?
